The team is kept deliberately lean, which means fewer layers, more ownership, and faster decisions. You’ll work directly with the CEO, move quickly, cut what isn’t working, and invest heavily in what is. If you want to run growth with the mindset of a founder but with real resources behind you, this is the role.
Working closely with the CEO, you will be our founding Growth Manager, to drive paid and organic strategy and operations on our entire portfolio and, ultimately, scale new apps enjoyed by millions.
