Technicians are responsible for supporting both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on electric and autonomous vehicles.
Working under the guidance of Senior Technicians, this role provides hands-on experience with advanced EV systems and autonomous vehicle technologies, while ensuring vehicles remain safe, operational, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance tasks on electric and autonomous vehicles
•
Carry out basic diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements as directed
•
Support troubleshooting and technical tasks related to vehicle systems under supervision
•
Assist with hardware and software-related activities linked to autonomous systems
•
Ensure all work is completed in line with safety standards and operational procedures
•
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workshop and working environments
•
Accurately complete service documentation and maintenance records
•
Support shift operations to ensure vehicle readiness and minimal downtime
•
Follow instructions from Senior Technicians and contribute to team efficiency
•
Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times
Requirements
•
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (dealer, workshop, or fleet environment)
•
Relevant automotive technical qualification or certification
•
Basic understanding or experience with electric or hybrid vehicles is preferred
•
Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in EV and advanced vehicle systems
•
Comfortable working in shift-based environments, including nights and weekends
•
Good teamwork and communication skills
•
English required; additional local language skills are an advantage
