Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the development and delivery of the supply chain and procurement strategy as the business transitions to an independent UK organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on supplier relationship management, commercial performance, operational resilience, and driving long-term value across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a supply chain and procurement strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
•
Lead supplier-related activities during the business separation, ensuring continuity of supply and service.
•
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, and service improvements.
•
Negotiate contracts, pricing, rebates, and commercial agreements to maximise value.
•
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
•
Establish procurement governance, supplier risk management, and performance frameworks.
•
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other functions to enhance supply chain performance.
•
Deliver insightful reporting, KPIs, and recommendations to support business decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
•
Significant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Category Management, or Supplier Relationship Management.
•
Proven success managing strategic suppliers and leading complex commercial negotiations.
•
Strong understanding of contract management, supplier performance, risk, and governance.
•
Experience delivering cost efficiencies, service improvements, and operational excellence.
•
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through business transformation.
•
Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and relationship-building capability.
•
CIPS qualified (or working towards) preferred.
