About the role
We’re looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Consultants to join an international team in Greece.

💬 What will you actually do?
You’ll support Dutch-speaking customers for an international brand and help them with their questions and requests.
➡️ Communicate via phone, chat and email
➡️ Find solutions and resolve customer issues
➡️ Follow up on cases from start to finish
➡️ Make sure customers have a positive experience
➡️ Work towards team and individual targets
➡️ Be part of an international team
There are different Customer Support projects available, so your exact tasks can vary depending on the project.

No Customer Support experience? No stress.
You’ll receive full training from certified instructors, so you’ll be properly prepared for your new role.
