About the role
We’re looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Consultants to join an international team in Greece.
Whether you’re planning a gap year, just finished your studies, want to add international experience to your CV, or simply feel like pressing the reset button — this could be your chance to make the move.

The position is offered as a remote role, but you must be based in Greece.

💬 What will you actually do?
You’ll support Danish-speaking customers for an international brand and help them with their questions and requests.
➡️ Communicate via phone, chat and email
➡️ Find solutions and resolve customer issues
➡️ Follow up on cases from start to finish
➡️ Make sure customers have a positive experience
➡️ Work towards team and individual targets
➡️ Be part of an international team
There are different Customer Support projects available, so your exact tasks can vary depending on the project.
Requirements

💻 Good computer skills

🌍 An open mind and interest in international life
No Customer Support experience? No stress.
You’ll receive full training from certified instructors, so you’ll be properly prepared for your new role.
