Responsibilities
Responsible for providing order management services to clients. Activities include helping clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc. Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors. An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
