The job
Join one of Malta’s leading iGaming companies as a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent. You’ll be helping players via chat and email, solving problems, answering questions, and making sure every customer has a great experience.
No boring scripts, you’ll get real training (including soft skills, fraud awareness, and gaming knowledge) so you can handle every situation with confidence. The company values initiative and positivity. It’s not just about solving issues, but making players feel understood and appreciated.
Requirements

Native Swedish speaker with good English
