Onboarding customers across the world including helping them obtain Nitrogen tanks and any relevant.
Guiding initial Hydropore experiments including providing and reviewing initial experiment protocols.
Working with collaborators and clients to get Hydropore operational in their labs
Owning lab management including waste management, SDS, safety training, and more.
Keeping our equipment running including management of our lab equipment like the Attune flow cytometer, Keyence microscope, centrifuges, incubators, BSC maintenance, pipette calibration, certifications, and warranties.
