About the Team

Key Responsibilities
•
Design beautiful, user-centric interfaces for AI agents, model evaluation tools, and search/retrieval systems
•
Translate abstract technical workflows into clear, usable, and elegant UI/UX
•
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML researchers to shape product direction
•
Build and test low- and high-fidelity prototypes with real users
•
Own and evolve Voltai’s design system and visual language
•
Help define our brand as the category leader in AI for electronics
•
Advocate for design excellence in every part of the user journey — from onboarding to edge cases
Required Skill Sets
•
Have 3–6+ years of experience shipping products from scratch in fast-paced teams
•
Have designed for technical or power users — and know how to make complexity feel simple
•
Care as much about systems thinking as individual pixels
•
Have a high design bar and expect the same from your peers
•
Love figuring things out with code and staying close to AI/engineering workflows
•
