About the role
As a V.I.E. Retail Operations Executive in Türkiye, you will support the Country Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of boutique operations, while contributing to the development of Van Cleef & Arpels in the market.
Working closely with the boutiques and the Regional Team, you will be involved in a wide range of operational projects and activities, including retail operations, performance monitoring, visual merchandising, compliance, customer service and boutique events.
This V.I.E assignment is a 12-month contract based in Istanbul, with an ideal start date in January 2027, contingent on visa requirements.
Are you a good match?
For this V.I.E., we are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing or a related field, with previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with exposure to boutique operations. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role, Turkish is a plus.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Previous project management experience is a plus.

What are we expecting from you?
In this role, you will:

Support operational projects and the daily activities of boutique teams.
•
Ensure Maison and Group procedures are properly implemented and support audits and follow-up actions.
•
Prepare daily sales reports and ad hoc performance analyses.
•
Support the implementation of Visual merchandising guidelines and campaigns.
•
Liaise with external suppliers and support boutique events and animations.
•
Provide ad hoc operational support to the Country Manager.
