MUI is scaling, but traditional business operations have become a strong bottleneck to our growth. The leadership team is spending too much time on manual, repetitive tasks, building spreadsheets, debugging ETL regressions, wiring SaaS tools together, firefighting operational issues, etc.
Rather than hiring a conventional IT team, we treat internal company operations as an engineering problem. We believe that applying systems thinking, modern software engineering, and AI automation directly to business operations will create immense leverage.
We are opening this role to act as a hands-on force multiplier across the organization—building zero-defect data models, automated internal tools, and AI-driven workflows across Finance, GTM (RevOps, Sales, Marketing), People, and Product.

Function as a modern hands-on CIO / Head of business systems: Instead of managing large corporate budgets or enterprise governance, you will directly apply software engineering (TypeScript, SQL, AI frameworks) to real-world business systems.

Massive organizational leverage: You will step into cross-functional gaps to eliminate operational bottlenecks, saving hundreds of hours of leadership time and accelerating company velocity.

High-agency autonomy: Operating without a rigid backlog, you will systematically map MUI’s cross-functional workflows using Lean principles, identify high-leverage opportunities, and build end-to-end technical solutions.
