Responsibilities
A. Resource Ownership & Matrix Moderation
· Oversee and manage the centralized intake system for all incoming asset, facilities, labor, and advisory requests from all internal regional arms and external client segments.
· Apply strict prioritization rules, balancing seasonal crop timelines and biological urgencies against contractual SLAs to allocate resources without internal bias.
· Act as the first-line moderator when resource constraints or scheduling deadlocks occur between different farm portfolios, TS teams, or commercial accounts.
B. Capacity Management & Scheduling Optimization
· Maintain an active, real-time digital dashboard tracking the total available hours, locations, and maintenance statuses of all physical shared assets and technical teams.
· Generate the master weekly and monthly deployment calendars, mapping out optimized logistical routes for machinery and technical engineers to cut fuel overhead and travel downtime.
· Continuously broadcast capacity forecasts to the Agri-Commercial Unit, flagging upcoming “Inactive” or unutilized equipment/labor windows so they can be immediately monetized in the external market.
C. Governance & System Management
· Enforce the mandatory 14-to-30-day resource booking window for all internal operations to protect scheduling predictability.
· Oversee the scheduling and ticketing modules of the corporate ERP platform, ensuring all field resource consumption is logged accurately for precise ROI tracking by the Data Analyst.
