Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•
Manage day-to-day communication and follow-up with existing licensees across multiple brands
•
Communicate daily with international licensors via email and conference calls
•
Coordinate product and creative approval processes between licensors and licensees
•
Organize sales materials, presentations, reports, and other brand/licensee-related documents
•
Support licensees with brand guidelines, assets, approval requirements, and general inquiries
•
Track payments and support related administrative processes
•
Monitor online and offline markets for counterfeit and unauthorized products
•
Prepare and maintain reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
•
Provide general administrative and account management support to the licensing team
Knowledge and Experience
