About the role
Position Summary:
Directs the GCS Learning Architecture function, leading a team of senior performance consultants (Learning Architects) responsible for diagnosing complex business challenges across the enterprise. This role is accountable for the strategic execution and quality of all learning needs assessments, ensuring the team’s diagnostic findings and recommendations are robust, data-driven, and aligned with global learning frameworks. As the primary liaison to the Learning COE, the Lead orchestrates the partnership, governs the quality of inputs for final decision-making, and drives the overall effectiveness of the performance consulting model to address critical talent and operational gaps at scale.
