What You’ll Be Doing
•
Perform welding, fabrication, and repair of plant equipment, structures, and components.
•
Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs to support safe and efficient operations.
•
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to complete repairs accurately.
•
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
•
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area while following all company procedures.
