About the role
As a Strategic Planning Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving Honeywell’s strategic planning initiatives within the Security Access Solution (SAS) business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
You will report directly to our General Manager – SAS Europe and you’ll work out of one of our regional locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the strategic direction by leading the planning process and defining, driving, and monitoring financial KPIs that support business objectives and delivery of annual AOP targets.
