➡️ Build professional and trusting relationships with customers

The exact responsibilities may vary depending on the Customer Support project you join.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
🇩🇪 Fluent German
🇬🇧 Good English communication skills
💬 Excellent communication and soft skills
🧠 A solution-oriented mindset and a natural ability to solve problems
💻 Good computer skills
🔄 The ability to multitask and stay organised
🤝 A team player who enjoys working with people from different cultures
⚡ Motivation to work in a dynamic and international environment
No experience in Customer Support? No problem. You’ll receive full training and be prepared for your new role by certified instructors.
