What You’ll Be Doing
•
Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites.
•
Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
•
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
•
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and comply with company and regulatory requirements.
•
Provide excellent customer service while supporting efficient and timely project execution.
What Are We Looking For

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and safe driving practices.

Conditions of Employment
•
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
•
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer

$20.60 to $25.67 per hour
•
Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of successful employment.
