This a grant funded contractual position.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
•
Daily cleaning of the office including all office furniture and equipment before the arrival of the staff;
•
deliver/distribute mail/messages within the office and outside the office;
•
prepare & serve refreshments to staff/guests;
•
ensure that all electrical equipment is switched off and the office is locked properly at closing time;
•
inform the Medical in-charge in case of any malfunctioning device;
•
responsible for wiping and cleaning kitchen accessories and area.
Requirements:
You should have:
•
Good general education;
•
one year experience will be preferred in relevant field;
•
strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills;
•
proficient in local language;
•
courteous and respectful;
•
ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
