Requirements
We’re seeking independent Instructional Experts with tangible, hands-on experience teaching, tutoring, or building curriculum. This includes experience with university instruction, bootcamp mentoring, corporate enablement, or online course creation. This project will include challenging AI models on realistic educational scenarios involving reasoning quality, instructional value, pedagogical logic, and the creation of “gold standard” teaching exemplars.
Responsibilities
Contractors will engage the model on complex instructional scenarios, validate whether its understanding of pedagogical concepts reflects best-in-class teaching practice, evaluate AI outputs for clarity and correctness, analyze subtle reasoning errors, document gaps in logic, and provide structured, rewritten explanations to elevate how the model reasons and teaches.
Deep expertise in instruction and structured reasoning is required to complete these deliverables, including the ability to communicate with high empathy and high rigor. Prior experience as a TA, tutor, lecturer, or course creator is highly valued, particularly with platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or Udacity. Clear, native-level English communication and the ability to accurately explain and document complex concepts in clear, logically sequenced steps are essential.

Benefits
We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
