Responsibilities
•
Contact potential clients to buy and sell properties.
•
Advise clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and other related information.
•
Compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
•
Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features.
•
Take prospective buyers to see properties.
•
Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
•
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
•
Ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met.
•
Searching for Resale properties and inventories.
•
Connecting the buyer with the seller and facilitating the Sales process .
Requirements
•
1+ years of experience in Resale
•
Very good written and spoken English
•
Excellent Communication Skills
•
Motivation for sales
