We are seeking a skilled and client-focused System Administrator to join our team.
This role is ON SITE and supports clients both remotely and on-site, primarily out of our Minnesota location.

Key Responsibilities
•
Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients with professionalism and urgency.
•
Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime and improve performance.
•
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.
•
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations.
•
Administer Office 365 environments including user management and email configurations.
•
Configure and support network protocols such as TCP/IP and ensure secure connectivity.
•
Utilize RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise) for system monitoring and management.
•
Assist in cloud infrastructure support including Azure and AWS environments.
•
Document technical procedures and client interactions in ticketing systems.
•
Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff and delegating tasks effectively.
