Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions

Collaborate with physicians, RNs, STNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate charting and documentation
•
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
What We’re Looking For:

Current Ohio LPN license
•
