Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Deputy Construction Project Manager to support the Construction Project Manager in coordinating and delivering projects effectively by overseeing daily operations, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects
•
Coordinate daily activities and ensure alignment with schedules and milestones
•
Monitor progress and report on performance, risks, and delays
•
Manage scope, cost, resources, and follow up with stakeholders for timely execution
•
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, review technical documents, and maintain project records
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
•
7–10 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector
•
Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling (MS Project / Primavera)
•
Solid knowledge of construction management principles
•
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure
