Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled production Planner to Support the execution of weekly production plans by ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, and material availability.
Key responsibilities:
•
Support production planning activities and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
•
Conduct capacity analysis and support scenario planning to optimize production resources.
•
Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely material availability.
•
Monitor and analyze key planning KPIs, including Plan Adherence, OTIF, and Capacity Utilization.
•
Collaborate closely with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production execution.
•
Identify planning gaps and support corrective actions to improve production efficiency.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
•
0–2 years of experience in Production Planning, Production, or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
•
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong ERP knowledge; Oracle experience is preferred.
•
Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and material availability.
•
Approval from the Direct Manager is required for internal candidates.
