Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, with a proven track record in Mobile & Web Product Development.
Process & Tool Proficiency:
o Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management.
o Hands-on experience with backlog and collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Visio (or similar).
o Deep understanding of SDLC and Scrum agile frameworks.
o Practical knowledge of databases and SQL querying.
o Familiarity with BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support data-driven decision-making.
o Pega knowledge is a plus.
Communication & Domain Knowledge:
o Native Arabic speaker with excellent English fluency (written and spoken).
o Ability to present complex technical logic clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
o Familiarity with KSA digital transformation trends and regulatory environments is a strong plus.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business challenges and propose viable technical solutions.
o Proven track record working in cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
o High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
