•
Engage directly with CFOs, Controllers, Operating Partners, Portfolio Support Teams, and Deal Teams
•
Translate sponsor expectations into executable initiatives with clear accountability and measurable impact
•
Navigate competing priorities and high-pressure environments with confidence and clarity
•
Operate comfortably in incomplete or evolving situations
•
Quickly assess current state, identify root causes, and mobilize teams toward solutions while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
•
Leverage data, automation, modern finance systems, and firm-approved AI solutions to improve insights and efficiency
•
Transition solutions to portfolio company ownership and enable long-term self-sufficiency
•
Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the growth of the Business Transformation practice
•
Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while supporting talent acquisition
What You’ll Bring:
•
10+ years of client-facing consulting or advisory experience
•
Experience delivering transformation initiatives within the Office of the CFO
•
Exposure to Private Equity sponsors and/or PE-backed portfolio companies
•
Knowledge of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, close)
•
Experience in high-growth, transaction-oriented, or fast-paced environments
•
Strong analytical and Excel modeling capabilities
•
