Job Description
Responsibilities
The Senior Manufacturing Technician is responsible for instrument assembly and testing following work instructions to support production tasks, as well as supporting new‑project transfer activities.
Responsibilities & Qualifications Include:
•
According to the working instructions and production plan to assemble & test & Debug instruments and make record.
•
Can competent any job as assigned by leader.
•
Implementation of 5S in the work area, visual management according to the requirement.
•
Ensure production process quality, to make suggestion from quality pespective
•
Assist with leader to coordiante the training to the new employee.
•
Make improvement suggestions on problems found during the production process
•
Required work experience related to position
•
Min 2 years instrument assembly/test experience.
•
Be familiar with assembly drawings, be able to assemble parts according to the drawing.
•
Be familiar with simple pneumatic and hydraulic principle.
•
Be familiar with caliper, micrometer, height gauge, multimeter etc.
•
Be familiar with MS office.
•
Teamwork, pro-active, good communication skills.
•
To understand easy written English.
•
This role requires periodic overseas training assignments for NPI transfer.
