Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and manage content calendars across relevant social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, etc.).
•
Create, curate, and schedule social media content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
•
Monitor and engage with communities - responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
•
Analyze organic social performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
•
Identify and capitalize on trending content formats, platform features, and cultural moments.
•
Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality social assets.
•
Develop and test content strategies to grow followers, improve engagement rates, and increase reach.
•
Manage influencer or creator relationships where applicable.
•
Brief and coordinate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing organic content.
•
Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new features, and social media best practices
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
•
2–4+ years of professional experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
•
Proven experience growing social media accounts organically across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
•
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone, messaging, and brand voice for different audiences.
•
Experience creating and managing content calendars across multiple brands or campaigns.
•
Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or similar.
•
Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance reporting.
•
Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging, high-performing content.
•
Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
•
Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
•
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
Nice-to-Have Requirements
•
Experience managing social media for e-commerce or DTC brands.
•
Hands-on experience creating or editing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
•
Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
•
Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
•
Knowledge of paid social advertising and integrating organic content with paid campaigns.
•
Experience launching or scaling new social media accounts from the ground up.
•
Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and social attribution.
•
Experience working remotely with distributed international teams.
