Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
•
Act as the quality interface with customers during development and launch phases.
•
Responsible for New projects to ensure product meet the required quality standard
•
Responsible for execution across multiple projects.
•
Own and govern APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP deliverables.
•
Drive risk management, design and process reviews, and launch readiness. Identify Risk at right time to avoid delay and escalation.
•
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and internal standards.
•
Track project quality KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile preferred).
•
5–10 years of experience in Automotive Industry.
•
Knowledge of Quality tools.
•
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
•
Knowledge of IATF 16949.
•
Hands-on Experience of PPAP, FMEA
•
Knowledge of MSA, SPC, APQP and Structured problem-solving.
