About the role
Join us as a partnership-track Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon at Reno Orthopedic Center! We are seeking a candidate to join our team the second half of 2028.
About the company
We are physician-owned and committed to providing excellent orthopedic care. We’ve recently completed construction of the region’s only Institute for Musculoskeletal Health located in downtown Reno. This convenient, all-inclusive campus is home to the region’s largest team of fellowship-trained orthopedic specialists, imaging, a walk-in clinic, Nevada’s only total joint replacement specific outpatient surgery center, a five-suite general orthopedic outpatient surgery center, physical therapy and more. ROC continues to expand - in 2026, we have added vascular and pain management service lines in addition to our existing orthopedic specialties.
You would have the opportunity to become a partner/shareholder in the company, if voted in by the other shareholders, which can be very lucrative with the volume of patients and state of the art ancillaries ROC owns. By joining our team of physicians, you would have many well-respected surgeons and providers within who you would be able to collaborate. Be a part of our family and contribute to your community in a real and tangible way.
