Role Overview
Our team is looking for a proactive and product-oriented Game Designer to work on new R&D projects in the hybrid-casual puzzle genre.
You will participate in the creation of new game concepts and prototypes from the earliest stages — from developing and iterating on core gameplay to building progression systems, balancing mechanics, and shaping the first layers of meta and LiveOps features.
We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, rapidly iterating on ideas, and turning raw gameplay concepts into strong product foundations.

Analyze gameplay problems and propose solutions to improve player experience and engagement
•
Participate in prototyping and iteration processes together with the R&D team
•
Design and tune game balance, rewards, pacing, and progression
•
Work with product metrics and formulate gameplay hypotheses
•
Collaborate closely with game designers, producers, artists, and developers during early production stages
