We’re seeking an experienced Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules, optimize manufacturing processes, and support smooth execution of production‑related projects. In this role, you’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that production goals align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Build and manage production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory.
•
Provide technical support to resolve process issues, document SOPs and work instructions.
•
Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available on time.
•
Assess production capacity, recommend adjustments, and plan effective labor/floor utilization.
•
Coordinate work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
•
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
•
Collaborate with engineering, QA, procurement, logistics, and leadership to align production plans.
