About Atlys
Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely.
Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.
Atlys is changing that.
We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.
The Role
The Launchpad Fellowship is a full-time, in-office internship designed for final-year students and recent graduates looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience before stepping into their first full-time role.
You’ll work closely with teams across operations, growth, research, strategy, customer experience, product, and process improvement, gaining exposure to how a high-growth startup operates, makes decisions, and solves real customer problems at scale.
The Job
•
Growth, Research & Strategy: Work on business problems across growth and strategy, conduct research, identify opportunities, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
•
Operations & Customer Experience: Work on real customer journeys, manage core visa operations, and understand how we deliver a seamless experience at scale.
•
Product & Process Improvement: Identify user pain points and operational inefficiencies, and work with product and process teams to build better solutions, tools, and workflows.
•
Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with different teams, take ownership of projects, and learn to prioritise, move quickly, and solve problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
•
Capstone & Leadership Exposure: Take ownership of a real business challenge, develop a solution, and present your work to leadership, while receiving regular mentorship and feedback throughout the fellowship.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:
•
Are a final-year student or recent graduate looking for a full-time, in-office, high-intensity internship.
•
Are a quick learner who is comfortable with ambiguity and unfamiliar problems.
•
Communicate clearly and take ownership without waiting to be told what to do.
•
Are curious about product, operations, customer experience, or how businesses work.
•
Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy figuring things out independently.
We hire exceptional people for their craft, not travel enthusiasts. We solve hard problems that happen to touch global travel and government infrastructure.
What you can expect
Atlys is built by a small team with outsized ambition, high ownership, and an obsession with doing great work.
Here’s what you can expect:
•
Competitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.
•
A thoughtful leave policy with paid time off and company holidays, because great work also requires real time off.
•
Lunch, high tea and dinner at the office, so the basics are taken care of while we build together.
•
Great tools to do your best work, including high-spec equipment and software.
•
An office designed for more than just work, with pickleball, table tennis, PlayStation, an arcade game room, an F1 simulator and even a full flight simulator.
Our values shape how we make decisions, work together and build for travelers. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the way we work is deliberate. Read them before you apply. If this environment energizes you, you’ll probably thrive here. If it doesn’t, it’s better to know that upfront.
