About the role
Join Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific and help deliver innovative Cardiac Solutions that support clinical trials around the world. As a Project Manager within our Digital Physiology business, you will lead the successful execution of cardiac solution studies from startup through closeout, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Working closely with sponsors, clinical sites, and cross-functional teams, you will serve as the primary operational lead, balancing customer expectations, project performance, financial management, and operational excellence to support the development of life-changing therapies.

What You’ll Be Doing
•
Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies and programs.
•
Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
•
Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
•
Coordinate equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and inventory management activities.
•
Create, review, and distribute study reports, project metrics, status updates, and customer communications.
•
Ensure study data, documentation, and project records are archived in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
•
Establish, communicate, and successfully manage customer expectations throughout project execution.
•
Monitor study timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource utilization to ensure successful outcomes.
•
Manage project financial activities, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope management, and invoice reconciliation.
•
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure study success.
•
Lead internal and external discussions to support effective communication, teamwork, and efficient use of resources.
•
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address operational challenges, customer concerns, and project escalations.
•
Maintain issue tracking documentation and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of project-related matters.
•
Participate in investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and customer governance discussions as required.
•
Present Cardiac Solutions services, workflows, and operational capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
•
Collaborate with Business Development and operational teams to support customer engagement and business growth initiatives.
•
Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training new Project Management team members.
•
Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
What We Look For
•
Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated project management experience within clinical research, life sciences, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
•
Clario Project Management Certification required as applicable to the line of business.
•
1 to 4 years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, medical device, or related industries.
•
