Our ideal candidate will have
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience (preferably 10 years of
consulting experience), for example, previous work with a Big 4, global management
consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained
exposure to a large-scale project(s).

Organisation Change Management, Future of Workforce, Agile Organisation, HR
• Ability to provide consultancy services around employee experience and employee
journeys in the People and Organisation space
• Experience implementing People solutions in technology-related project, as well as
M&A and other complex project
• Experience in growing a practice and business
• Experience in leading group of people with multiple level (from analyst to senior roles)
