The Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist provides strategic leadership for Compassion’s global mobility and immigration programs, ensuring employees can work across borders effectively, compliantly, and in alignment with organizational objectives. This role designs, implements, and continuously improves global policies and programs related to international assignments, relocations, immigration, remote work abroad, and other workforce mobility solutions.
As the organization’s subject matter expert, the Senior Specialist advises leaders, People & Culture partners, and employees on complex mobility and immigration matters, balancing employee experience, compliance, risk management, and business needs. The role monitors industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging workforce practices to recommend innovative solutions and drive program effectiveness.
This position leads complex global initiatives, develops and maintains governance frameworks and policies, manages key vendor relationships, and ensures consistent administration across regions. As an integral part of the Global Compensation team, you may be required to engage in other broad-based compensation projects. The Senior Specialist also provides coaching and guidance to other team members while fostering strong partnerships with legal, security, finance, and business leaders to support Compassion’s global workforce strategy.
