This is the New Business Development department within the Group Company Division.*

We are seeking team members to help drive the business of Rakuten Anshin Signage, the newest service among the more than 70 services offered by the Rakuten Group.

Responsibilities

Manage customer success operations for large and mid-sized companies that have already implemented AI solutions

Work Environment

・Team Size: A small, elite team consisting of 13 members

・Age Range: Primarily in their 30s

・Percentage of Mid-Career Hires: 100%

Our team members have joined us after successful careers at foreign-affiliated consulting firms, foreign-affiliated IT companies, major IT firms, foreign manufacturers, general trading companies, and major financial institutions.

Joined as a sales representative and subsequently transitioned to business strategy planning

Mandatory Qualifications:

Candidates who have consistently resolved customer challenges in a corporate sales or customer success role. Additionally, candidates who have achieved a high level of success in upselling and cross-selling after resolving customer challenges (approximately 5 years of experience required).
