About the role
We are seeking a Tax Manager – APAC & Global Transfer Pricing to join our global Tax Accounting team, where innovation knows no borders. The Tax Accounting team ensures financial integrity, regulatory compliance and strategic tax alignment across all international operations. By delivering precise financial guidance and robust tax risk management, the team protects corporate assets and supports sustainable global expansion. With an inclusive culture and flexible work environment, we work together with boldness, curiosity and commitment so we can all win together.
As Tax Manager – APAC & Global Transfer Pricing, you will hold a dual-purpose role split equally between global transfer pricing matters and APAC direct tax compliance, US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740) and regional statutory audits. Reporting directly to the Global Senior Director of Tax Accounting, you will also partner closely with the APAC-based Senior Manager of Tax Accounting on regional execution. This role ensures intercompany pricing models and regional tax frameworks directly support multi-year growth strategies, financial guidance and strict regulatory compliance while contributing to a high-performing global finance function.
What you’ll do
•
Reconcile global intercompany pricing calculations and true-ups, investigate differences and prepare clear schedules and supporting data for review by the Transfer Pricing Director and external advisers.
•
Coordinate and maintain intercompany agreements globally. Work with the Transfer Pricing Director, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders to prepare agreements, track changes and ensure terms reflect the underlying transactions.
•
Compile financial and operational data for transfer pricing documentation, including Master File, Local Files and Country-by-Country Reporting where applicable. Coordinate external advisers’ drafts and reviews and help identify documentation that can be prepared in-house over time.
•
Support the APAC Senior Manager with quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions by gathering entity-level data, preparing supporting calculations and reconciling current and deferred tax balances and uncertain tax position inputs.
•
Support APAC corporate income tax compliance and statutory tax disclosures. Compile information for local returns, coordinate external advisers and regional finance teams, and track filings, payments and responses to tax authority inquiries.
•
Assess applicable transfer pricing rules and APAC direct tax changes, including relevant local Pillar Two requirements; flag reporting and compliance implications to regional and global tax leaders.
