Coordinate with Branch coordinator for respective segment for understanding the market size
Coordinate and monitor customer complaints on warranty and other related issues and ensure timely closure
Identify new business opportunities for enhancing existing product basket
Coordinate with RAC on pre and post order activities for market study, new product development and new applications
Ensure all ISO processes, agreements and instructions are adhered to with respect to C4C & Indenting
