About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal specializing in Employment Law to manage core litigation support, document drafting, case management, and the full discovery lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to manage employment law cases from initial intake through trial preparation. You will handle state and federal court filings, draft legal pleadings and discovery requests, maintain master case schedules, and ensure strict compliance with court rules and deadlines.
Requirements
1. Drafting & Legal Writing
•
Draft foundational litigation documents, including complaints, answers, motions, subpoenas, notices, and proposed orders.
•
Prepare comprehensive discovery requests and responses (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, Requests for Admission).
•
Draft administrative filings and charge responses for employment agencies (e.g., EEOC, state fair employment practices agencies).
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with direct background in Employment Law (e.g., discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination).

Court Filing Expertise: Proficient in state and federal court e-filing systems (CM/ECF) and knowledge of litigation civil procedure rules.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with case management software, document management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
•
Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills; precise legal writing and editing capability.
