You will play a key role in driving quality, safety, and performance while collaborating closely with a range of stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors. Responsibilities

Direct and manage the construction activities for the project from inception to completion.

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain vision and clarity in project execution.
•
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
•
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
•
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.
•
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction phase in a timely manner.
Requirements
