Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Developer at Scalepex, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
•
Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes.
•
Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing and support system testing and deployment activities.
•
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
•
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
