About the role

•
Support billing and payroll. Prepare and process timesheets, payroll information, customer invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
•
Keep stakeholders informed. Provide clear operational updates, respond to customer enquiries and escalate risks before they affect service delivery.
•
Own the detail. Maintain operational reports, document control and administrative processes in an accurate and audit-ready manner.
•
Put safety first. Promote safe work practices and support company and customer HSEQ requirements.
What you’ll bring
•

•
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•

•
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
•
A professional, flexible and responsive approach to changing operational and customer requirements.
•
A commitment to safe work practices, confidentiality and customer-focused service delivery.
Highly regarded
•
Experience in mining, maintenance, industrial services, cranes or construction.
•
Experience using mobilisation or workforce compliance systems.
•
Exposure to payroll, invoicing or procurement processes.
•
A Certificate or qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline.
