Job Description
As an Application Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of application developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs.
What you will need to do:
•
Lead and manage a team of application developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs.
•
Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, product owners, and other stakeholders, to align technology solutions with business objectives.
•
Establish coding standards, processes, and best practices within the team.
•
Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
•
Perform regular performance evaluations and identify areas for skill development within the team.
•
Handle resource planning, allocation, and capacity management.
•
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies when appropriate.
•
Travel: Required, IT Project Based.
What you will need to have:
•
BSc in Business, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•
5 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
•
Strong understanding of application architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management.
•
Very good command (written and oral) of the English language.
