About the role
Under the direction of the AVP, Underwriting, this position will gain an in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry. The Intern will receive on-the-job training and be given the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments.
Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of the insurance industry from multiple facets.

Achieve a proficiency in the technical and professional skills/knowledge of the assigned position through on-the-job training.
•
Collaborate on projects as assigned and develop an understanding of the insurance industry.
•
Perform other duties that will support business strategies.
Qualifications
Education
•
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Knowledgeable and proficient with Microsoft Professional products in addition to Internet search capabilities.
