We’re looking for an experienced lead brand designer with a focus on motion and video work to join Culture Amp’s creative team within the marketing practice to drive the evolution of our brand and creative. You will work closely with cross functional marketing teams, to build impactful experiences across innovative marketing campaigns and brand building programs.
As a Lead Brand Designer, Motion & Video, you’ll work within the Creative Studio team to drive the development of motion graphics, video, and animated content across high-volume, fast-turnaround campaigns and product launches, while staying grounded in brand systems and standards. This includes motion design for social content, digital campaigns, event experiences, and branded video, as well as supporting static design work, when needed. This is an opportunity to define how the Culture Amp brand moves and help us scale motion and video work in a purposeful way. You’ve already explored how AI workflows can help in these efforts and are ready to lead those conversations as well.
You are an experienced design generalist, who brings curiosity to everything you do. You know how to tell an engaging story and skilfully take stakeholders and collaborators on the journey with you. While the main focus will be on motion and video, we’re hoping to fill this role with someone who is equally comfortable bouncing between design that moves and design that is static. You’re equipped with strong conceptual skills and have what it takes to bring ideas to life through polished execution and continuous iteration and learning. A successful lead brand designer brings together innovative ideas, design thinking, craft and collaboration to drive successful projects and outcomes.
The Creative Studio is a small but integral part of Culture Amp and design is instrumental in creating memorable and impactful brand experiences, connecting our audiences with Culture Amp’s mission of creating a better world of work. This is an opportunity to be part of a highly cross-functional marketing team and have a measurable and meaningful impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
