Key Responsibilities
•
Manage daily CSA construction activities within assigned cleanroom areas.
•
Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality, and productive execution of work.
•
Monitor project progress, manpower, and productivity to meet schedule commitments.
•
Conduct field inspections and enforce safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.
•
Coordinate work sequencing and interfaces between CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams.
•
Identify and resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule risks.
•
Participate in planning meetings, look-ahead schedules, and progress reviews.
•
Support system turnover, punch list resolution, and project closeout activities.
Qualifications
•
5+ years of construction supervision experience, preferably in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, or cleanroom environments.
•
Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, field operations, and subcontractor management.
•
Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and schedule performance in a fast-paced construction environment.
•
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•
OSHA 30 and experience with large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects preferred
