Requirements

Minimum 5 years of infrastructure or IT operations experience within banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments.
Proven leadership experience managing vendors, mentoring teams, driving projects, and supporting senior business stakeholders effectively.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex infrastructure incidents while maintaining operational stability and service reliability.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline with strong professional communication abilities.
