The ChristianaCare Imaging Department is currently recruiting for a Casual/Part-Time DISC Support Coordinator to work the Evening shift.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer and route calls in a high imaging department and/or office.
• Obtains and uploads outside imaging studies for comparison for radiologist.
• Burn CDs, prints patients’ medical imaging records.
• Connect and resolve outside images sent to the PACS system for providers.
• Operates computer systems and office equipment in a safe manner.
• Interacts with patient, family members, physicians, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Complies with Joint Commission regulations that are in place for critical results communication and/or other regulated results documentation.
• 24/7 coverage required in an acute hospital setting which includes weekday, and weekend coverage; a backup list requirement is initiated for the emergent staffing needs within the department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years related medical office experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.55 - $26.90This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
